(-1) It should be remembered that one of the aims of the common agricultural policy is to raise agricultural productivity by developing technical progress, while safeguarding the rational development of agricultural production and making optimum use of the factors of production, including labour, thus safeguarding a fair standard of living for the agricultural population, particularly by raising the individual earnings of those working in agriculture.
(-1) Il est rappelé que la politique agricole commune a entre autres pour but d'accroître la productivité de l'agriculture en développant le progrès technique, en assurant le développement rationnel de la production agricole ainsi qu'un emploi optimal des facteurs de production, notamment de la main-d'œuvre et d'assurer ainsi un niveau de vie équitable à la population agricole, notamment par le relèvement du revenu individuel de ceux qui travaillent dans l'agriculture.
