2. At the request of a Member State or on its own initiative the Commission shall, in a specific case, examine the application and enforcement of provisions concerning charging, capacity allocation and safety certification, and within two months of receipt of such a request decide in accordance with the advisory procedure referred to in Article 35(2) whether the related measure may continue to be applied.

À la demande d'un État membre ou de sa propre initiative, la Commission examine, dans des cas spécifiques, l'application et le respect des dispositions relatives à la tarification, à la répartition des capacités et à la certification en matière de sécurité, et, dans un délai de deux mois à compter de la réception de cette demande, elle décide, conformément à la procédure consultative prévue à l'article 35, paragraphe 2, si la mesure en question peut être maintenue.
