They say that their aim is to spare innocent civilians. However, by destroying power stations and preventing normal irrigation – thereby leaving several million people without electricity and water – they are punishing not only innocent civilians but also the European taxpayer whose money has contributed to the building of the infrastructure and who, most probably and quite rightly, will be asked to repair it again.
Ils affirment qu’ils veulent épargner les civils innocents, mais en détruisant les centrales électriques et en empêchant toute irrigation normale - laissant ainsi plusieurs millions de gens sans eau ni électricité - ils s’en prennent non seulement aux civils innocents mais aussi aux contribuables européens dont l’argent contribue à la construction des infrastructures et à qui on demandera probablement et très justement de les réparer.
