Within this framework, the work of group n° 1 in particular responds to the invitation of the Council[6] to develop, as a basis for the elaboration of the proposal for revised TEN-T Guidelines, a methodology that takes account of criteria such as effects on trans-national traffic flows, territorial cohesion and economic development, spatial planning, environment/climate change and connections to neighbouring countries.
Dans ce cadre, la contribution du groupe n° 1 notamment répond à l'invitation du Conseil[6] de mettre au point une méthode tenant compte de critères tels que les répercussions sur les flux de trafic transnationaux, la cohésion territoriale et le développement économique, la planification territoriale, l'environnement/le changement climatique et les liaisons avec les pays voisins, qui servira de base pour élaborer la proposition relative aux orientations révisées du RTE-T.
