Is convinced that the filling of key economic portfolios such as trade, internal market and competition with Commissioners-designate Mandelson, Mc Creevy and Kroes, all of whom have an overtly neo-liberal policy view and track record, represents a totally unacceptable imbalance between social and economic priorities in the incoming College of Commissioners;
