9 (1) Where earnings by way of commissions are paid to an insured person in respect of his insurable employment on the basis of a weekly, multiple of a week, semi-monthly or monthly pay period, his earnings shall be allocated and the employee's premiums payable thereon determined, in accordance with the rules set forth in section 7 for the appropriate pay period.
9 (1) Lorsqu'une rémunération sous forme de commissions est versée à un assuré, relativement à son emploi assurable, en fonction d'une période de paie hebdomadaire, multiple d'une semaine, bimensuelle ou mensuelle, sa rémunération pour la période doit être répartie et les cotisations ouvrières exigibles à cet égard être déterminées conformément aux règles énoncées à l'article 7 pour la période de paie appropriée.
