If, on the other hand, the transferee is not yet a shareholder of the company, the transferor shall by registered letter inform the company of the transfer proposal, stating the surname, first names, occupation, nationality and fixed address of the transferee if a natural person, or the nationality, name and company seat if a legal person, and the total number and serial numbers of the shares to be transferred.
Si, au contraire, le cessionnaire éventuel n'est pas encore actionnaire de la Société, le cédant doit informer la Société de l'opération projetée, par lettre recommandée, en indiquant les nom, prénoms, profession, nationalité et domicile du cessionnaire s'il s'agit d'une personne physique ou la nationalité, la dénomination et le siège social s'il s'agit d'une personne morale, ainsi que le nombre et les numéros des actions à céder.
