Under these two "actions", more than 250 applications were received in 1991 from all the Community Member States from upwards of a thousand potential participating institutions (publishers, software houses, chambers of trade, professional associations, training organisations, universities, trade unions, etc.).
En 1991, plus de 250 candidatures impliquant plus de mille institutions partenaires (éditeurs, sociétés de production de logiciels, chambres de commerce, association professionnelles, organismes de formation, universités, syndicats et bien d'autres) émanant de tous les pays de la Communauté ont été déposées au titre de ces deux actions.
