(a) where standing timber is cut in the province by the taxpayer or logs cut from standing timber in the province are acquired by the taxpayer and the logs so obtained are sold by the taxpayer in the province before or on delivery to a sawmill, pulp or paper plant or other place for processing logs, the taxpayer’s income for the year from the sale, other than any portion thereof that was included in computing the taxpayer’s income from logging operations in the province for a previous year;
a) lorsque le contribuable a coupé du bois en état dans la province ou a acquis des billes provenant de bois en état dans la province et que les billes ainsi obtenues sont vendues par lui dans la province avant ou au moment d’être livrées à une scierie, à une usine de pâte ou papier ou à un autre lieu de transformation de billes, son revenu pour l’année tiré de telles ventes, à l’exclusion de la partie de ce revenu qui a déjà été incluse dans le calcul de son revenu tiré d’opérations forestières dans la province pour une année antérieure;
