Having considered the working document, the working party was thus able to establish, without dissent, that the proposal does not involve any substantive changes other than those identified as such in the text itself or in this opinion. The working party also concluded, as regards the codification of the unchanged provisions of the earlier act with those substantive amendments, that the proposal was indeed a straightforward codification, without any substantive changes to the acts to which it related.
Cet examen a ainsi permis au Groupe de constater d'un commun accord que la proposition ne comporte pas de modifications de fond autres que celles qui y ont été identifiées comme telles ou qui l'ont été dans le présent avis. Le Groupe a pu également constater, en ce qui concerne la codification des dispositions inchangées de l'acte précédent avec lesdites modifications de fond, que la proposition se limite effectivement à une codification pure et simple, sans modification de substance des actes qui en font l'objet.
