Can the Leader of the Government in the Senate assure us that the big announcement to be made today by the Prime Minister in Toronto will not be filled with weasel words, intensity targets and weak caps, or should I say " light caps," that will mean Canada will not be able to meet the remaining 98.5 per cent of its Kyoto obligations?
Est-ce que madame le leader du gouvernement au Sénat pourrait nous dire si la grande annonce que le premier ministre fera aujourd'hui à Toronto sera truffée de mots creux, d'objectifs d'intensité et de plafonds faibles signifiant que le Canada ne sera pas en mesure de respecter le reste, soit 98,5 p. 100, de ses obligations relatives au Protocole de Kyoto?
