Notwithstanding the above, and pending the conclusion of the investigation, it is considered that given the arguments put forward by interested parties and the fact that, at present, fax machines using ink-jet or laser printing technologies are aimed only at professional use, the machines using these technologies should be excluded from the application of the provision anti-dumping duty.
En ce qui concerne en particulier les télécopieurs utilisant la méthode par jet d'encre ou au laser, étant donné les arguments développés par les parties intéressées et le fait que, actuellement, les télécopieurs utilisant ces technologies sont exclusivement à usage professionnel, il semble opportun de les exclure du champ d'application des droits antidumping provisoires.
