These documents may be transferred between institutions either in paper or other form or by means of telematic services as standardised electronic messages in accordance with Title VI(a). The exchange of information by means of telematic services shall be subject to an agreement between the competent authorities or the bodies designated by the competent authorities of the sending Member State and the receiving Member State.
