If, however, the goods are to move under the T2 procedure in accordance with the provisions of Article 2(3)(b) of the Convention, the office of departure shall indicate on sheet 3A of the TR transfer note that the goods to which the note refers are carried under the T2 procedure. In this case, the box reserved for customs on sheet 3A shall be endorsed clearly with the "T2" or "T2F" symbol, as appropriate, the stamp of the office of departure and the signature of the responsible official.
Toutefois, si elles doivent circuler sous la procédure T2 conformément aux dispositions de l'article 2 paragraphe 3 point b) de la convention, le bureau de départ indique sur l'exemplaire no3A du bulletin de remise TR que les marchandises auxquelles ce document se rapporte circulent sous la procédure T2; à cette fin, il appose dans la case réservée à la douane de l'exemplaire no 3A du bulletin de remise TR le sigle "T2" ou "T2F", selon le cas, ainsi que le visa du bureau de départ et la signature du fonctionnaire compétent.
