(e) in all cases of sales of stock and equipment for the operation of unimproved lands, to vary the provisions of section eighteen of this Act so that the terms of payment shall be all cash down, or, at the option of the Board, payment in not more than six equal, consecutive, annual instalments, commencing not later than three years from the date of the sale, with interest at five per centum per annum, on the amortization plan, said interest to begin to accrue two years from the date of the sale;
e) dans tous les cas de vente de bétail et de matériel destinés à l’exploitation de terres non améliorées, varier les prescriptions de l’article dix-huit de la présente loi, de façon que les conditions de paiement soient absolument au comptant, ou que, au choix de la Commission, l’acquittement se fasse en six versements annuels au plus, égaux et consécutifs, commençant au plus tard trois ans à compter de la date de la vente, avec intérêt à cinq pour cent par année, suivant le système d’amortissement, ledit intérêt commençant à courir deux ans après la date de la vente;
