Invites the Commission and the Member States to develop a web-based application enabling the administration concerned to indicate whether, and to what extent, SMEs are affected by upcoming legislation, along the lines of the German Mittelstandsmonitor , which indicates by means of a simple traffic light system whether SMEs are very likely (red), likely (yellow) or unlikely (green) to be affected by upcoming legislation;
13. invite la Commission et les États membres à mettre au point une application en ligne qui permette à l'administration d'indiquer si et dans quelle mesure de futures dispositions législatives peuvent avoir une incidence sur les PME, à l'instar du Mittelstandsmonitor allemand, qui signale, par un simple système de feux de circulation routière, si des PME sont très probablement (feu rouge), probablement (feu orange) ou probablement pas (feu vert) touchées par une future législation;
