It is unacceptable if such conduct is unwanted, unreasonable and offensive to the recipient; the fact that a person's rejection of or submission to such conduct on the part of employers or workers (including superiors or colleagues) is used explicitly or implicitly as a basis for a decision which affects that person's access to vocational training, access to employment, continued employment, promotion, salary or any other employment decisions; and/or such conduct creates an intimidating, hostile or humiliating working environment for the recipient.
Il est inacceptable lorsque ce comportement est intempestif, abusif et blessant pour la personne qui en fait l'objet; le fait qu'une personne refuse ou accepte un tel comportement de la part d'un employeur ou travailleur (y compris un supérieur hiérarchique ou collègue) justifie explicitement ou implicitement une décision affectant les droits de cette personne en matière de formation professionnelle, d'emploi, de maintien de l'emploi, de promotion, de salaire ou toute autre décision relative à l'emploi ; et/ou un tel comportement crée un climat d'intimidation, d'hostilité ou d'humiliation à l'égard de la personne qui en fait l'objet.
