(2y) Council Regulation (EC) No 527/2003 of 17 March 2003 authorising the offer and delivery for direct human consumption of certain wines imported from Argentina which may have undergone oenological processes not provided for in Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999 was intended to introduce derogation applicable only until 31 December 2008 and has therefore exhausted its effects.

2. Where small wine producers are exempt from requirements in accordance with paragraph 1, the consignee shall, by means of the document required by Regulation (EC) No 884/2001 or by a reference to it, inform the competent authorities of the Member State of destination of the wine deliveries received.

2.
