1. Aid schemes to support the script-writing, development, production, distribution and promotion of audiovisual works shall be compatible with the internal market pursuant to Article 107(3) of the Treaty and shall be exempted from the notification requirement of Article 108(3) of the Treaty, provided the conditions laid down in this Article and in Chapter I are fulfilled.

Les régimes d'aides à l'écriture de scénarios et au développement, à la production, à la distribution et à la promotion d'œuvres audiovisuelles sont compatibles avec le marché intérieur en vertu de l'article 107, paragraphe 3, du traité et sont exemptés de l'obligation de notification prévue à l'article 108, paragraphe 3, du traité, pour autant que les conditions prévues par le présent article et au chapitre I soient remplies.
