ensure that, in cooperation with the Member States, the Lifelong Learning and ‘Youth in Action’ Programmes and, without prejudice to the negotiations on the next Multiannual Financial Framework, the future European programme for education, training, youth and sport and the European Structural Funds, are used to support the implementation of this Recommendation;
veiller, en coopération avec les États membres, à ce que le programme d'apprentissage tout au long de la vie, le programme «Jeunesse en action» et, sans préjuger des négociations sur le prochain cadre financier pluriannuel, le futur programme européen pour l'éducation, la formation, la jeunesse et le sport et les fonds structurels européens soient utilisés pour soutenir la mise en œuvre de la présente recommandation;
