L'entreprise commune sera constituee par la reunion des activites de distribution de combustibles de Redland, assurees jusqu'ici de maniere independante par ses "Cawoods Companies" et de celles de British Fuel Company, association formee par AAH et British Coal, qui a assure pendant de nombreuses annees les activites de distribution de combustibles de AAH et d'une partie de celles de British Coal.
The joint venture will be set up by an amalgamation of Redland's fuel distribution businesses, hitherto idependently run through its "Cawoods Companies" and the British Fuel Company, a partnership of AAH and British Coal, which for many years assumed the fuel distribution activities for AAH and part of those of British Coal.
