Dans le cas exceptionnel du retrait de parties de normes d'audit internationales, les États membres communiquent leurs contraintes légales nationales spécifiques ainsi que les raisons de leur maintien à la Commission et aux États membres, au moins six mois avant l'adoption au niveau national ou, en en ce qui concerne les exigences existant déjà au moment de l'adoption d'une norme d'audit internationale, au plus tard dans les trois mois suivant l'adoption de ladite norme internationale.
In the exceptional case of the carving out of parts of an international auditing standard, Member States shall communicate their specific national legal requirements, as well as the grounds for maintaining them, to the Commission and the other Member States at least six months before their national adoption or, in the case of requirements already existing at the time of adoption of an international auditing standard, at the latest within three months of the adoption of the relevant international auditing standard.
