Les procédures existantes pour l'attribution de tâches scientifiques aux États membres, notamment en ce qui concerne l'évaluation de dossiers présentés par l'industrie en vue de l'autorisation de certaines substances, produits ou procédés, doivent être réexaminées dans un délai d'un an, l'objectif étant de prendre en compte la création de l'Autorité et les nouveaux moyens qu'elle apporte, les procédures d'évaluation restant au moins aussi strictes qu'auparavant.
Existing procedures for the allocation of scientific tasks to the Member States, in particular with regard to the evaluation of dossiers presented by industry for the authorisation of certain substances, products or procedures, should be re-examined within a year with the objective of taking into account the establishment of the Authority and the new facilities it offers, the evaluation procedures remaining at least as stringent as before.
