(2) Pour l’application du paragraphe (1), un briquet est de type protège-enfants si son briquet de substitution a été mis à l’essai conformément à l’un des protocoles d’essai ci-après et qu’au moins 85 % des enfants qui ont participé à l’essai n’ont pas réussi à faire émettre un signal sonore ou visuel à ce briquet :
(2) For the purpose of subsection (1), a lighter is child- resistant when its surrogate lighter has been tested in accordance with one of the following test protocols and at least 85% of the children who participated in the test were unable to cause the surrogate lighter to emit an audible or a visual signal:
