Une institution tenue de rembourser le coût de prestations servies sur la base d’une CEAM peut demander à l’institution auprès de laquelle la personne concernée était dûment affiliée au moment de l’octroi des prestations de rembourser le coût de ces prestations à la première institution ou, si la personne n’était pas en droit d’utiliser la CEAM, de régler ce problème avec la personne concernée.
An institution which is obliged to refund the cost of benefits provided on the basis of an EHIC may request that the institution with which the person was rightly registered at the time of the award of the benefits shall refund the cost of those benefits to the first institution, or if the person was not entitled to use the EHIC, settle the matter with the person concerned.
