En 2010, l’Office calcule un rajustement total pour chaque exportateur d’électricité de grande importance, qui correspond à la somme du rajustement calculé pour cet exportateur en 2009 au titre de l’article 19 du même règlement, dans sa version antérieure à l’entrée en vigueur de l’article 19 du présent règlement, et du montant calculé pour cet exportateur en 2010 au titre de l’article 18 du même règlement, dans sa version antérieure à l’entrée en vigueur de l’article 19 du présent règlement.
22. In 2010, the Board shall calculate a combined adjustment amount for each large electricity exporter, being the total of the amount of the adjustment made under section 19 of the Regulations, as they read before the coming into force of section 19 of these Regulations, for that exporter in 2009 and the amount calculated for that exporter under section 18 of the Regulations, as they read before the coming into force of section 19 of these Regulations, in 2010.
