Par la décision 94/140/CE (1), la Commission a institué auprès d’elle un comité consultatif pour la coordination de la lutte contre la fraude, ci-après dénommé «comité», chargé de la conseiller sur toute question relative à la prévention et à la répression des fraudes et des irrégularités ainsi qu’à la coopération entre les États membres et entre ces derniers et la Commission dans le domaine de la lutte antifraude.
By Commission Decision 94/140/EC (1), the Commission set up an advisory committee for the coordination of fraud prevention (the committee) attached to it and responsible for advising it on any matter relating to the prevention and prosecution of fraud and irregularities and to cooperation between Member States or between Member States and the Commission to counter fraud.
