Pour reprendre le cas de l'Accord d'Association avec l'Ukraine, une telle décision parait nécessaire et devrait être proposée dès que possible par la Commission Européenne au sein de l'instance compétence, c'est à dire le Comité de Coopération Douanière que le DCFTA institue et qui sera compétent pour le suivi, conjointement par les deux parties, de la mise en œuvre du Chapitre 5 du DCFTA et pour travailler à l'amélioration de la coopération douanière entre les parties.
