La Turquie est membre du comité directeur, au sein duquel elle exerce des fonctions consultatives, conformément au paragraphe 1, points i) et ii), afin de garantir la pleine coordination des actions sur le terrain, sauf lorsque le comité directeur examine les orientations stratégiques concernant les conditions relatives au respect, par la Turquie, de ses engagements au titre du plan d'action commun UE-Turquie en matière de fourniture d'aide ou contrôle et évalue le respect de ces conditions.
Turkey shall be a member of the steering committee in an advisory capacity with respect to pargraph (1) (i) and (ii), so as to ensure full coordination of the actions on the ground, except when the steering committee examines strategic guidance concerning conditions relating to the implementation by Turkey its commitments under the EU-Turkey Joint Action Plan for the delivery of the assistance or monitors and assesses the respect of these conditions.
