(50) Afin d’améliorer la sécurité juridique, il convient de garantir à un OPCVM qui commercialise ses parts dans un cadre transfrontalier un accès aisé, sous la forme d’une publication électronique et dans une langue usuelle dans la sphère financière internationale, à des informations complètes sur les dispositions législatives, réglementaires et administratives applicables spécifiquement aux modalités de commercialisation de parts d’OPCVM dans l’État membre d’accueil.
(50) For the purpose of enhancing legal certainty there is a need to ensure that a UCITS which markets its units on a cross-border basis has an easy access, in the form of an electronic publication and in a language customary in the sphere of international finance, to complete information on the laws, regulations and administrative provisions applicable in the UCITS host Member State and that specifically relate to the arrangements made for the marketing of UCITS.
