Avant le 10 septembre 2011, la Commission présente au Parlement européen, au Conseil, au Comité économique et social et au Comité des régions un rapport comportant une première évaluation de la mise en oeuvre de la présente directive, notamment en ce qui concerne l'équivalence des différents systèmes de qualification initiale prévus à l'article 3 et leur efficacité quant à la réalisation du niveau de qualification visé.
Before 10 September 2011 the Commission shall submit to the European Parliament, the Council, the European Economic and Social Committee and the Committee of the Regions a report making an initial evaluation of the implementation of this Directive, in particular with regard to the equivalence of the various initial qualification systems provided for in Article 3, and the efficiency thereof in achieving the target level of qualification.
