L'azocyclotin et le cyhexatin n'ont pas été approuvés en tant que substances actives au titre du règlement (CE) no 1107/2009, de sorte que leur utilisation à des fins pesticides est interdite; il y a donc lieu d'ajouter ces substances aux listes de produits chimiques figurant à l'annexe I, parties 1 et 2, du règlement (UE) no 649/2012.
The substances cyhexatin and azocyclotin have not been approved as active substances in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009, with the effect that those substances are banned for pesticide use and thus should be added to the lists of chemicals contained in Parts 1 and 2 of Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 649/2012.
