Le plaignant a quant à lui fait valoir que les importations de splash and dash, pour autant qu'il y en ait, représenteraient tout au plus 10 % des volumes des exportations américaines, un chiffre insignifiant qui ne modifie pas la conclusion selon laquelle de grandes quantités d'importations faisant l'objet d'un dumping sont arrivées sur le marché communautaire en provenance des États-Unis, en particulier au cours de la période d'enquête.
On the other hand the complainant argued that imports of splash and dash, if any, would at most represent 10 % of the US export volumes, and would thus be insignificant and not alter the findings that large quantities of dumped imports from the USA entered the Community market, in particular during the IP.
