4. Les dispositions des paragraphes 1 et 2 s’appliquent, en ce qui concerne les bénéfices réalisés par le consortium des transporteurs aériens danois, norvégiens et suédois, connu sous le nom de Scandinavian Airlines System (SAS), uniquement à la fraction des bénéfices qui correspond à la participation détenue dans le consortium par Det Danske Luftfartselskab (DDL), le partenaire danois de Scandinavian Airlines System (SAS).
4. With respect to profits derived by the Danish, Norwegian and Swedish air transport consortium, known as the Scandinavian Airlines System (SAS), the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 shall apply only to such part of the profits as corresponds to the shareholding in the consortium held by Det Danske Luftfartselskab (DDL), the Danish partner of Scandinavian Airlines System (SAS).
