Est-il possible, serait-il prudent du point de vue linguistique, de supprimer la division (E) et de biffer les mots «à causer des dommages matériels considérables» proposés à la division (D), ou encore, pourrait-on ajouter, ou l'on dit «à perturber gravement ou à paralyser» les mots «à perturber gravement ou à paralyser un système électronique»?
Is it possible, is it linguistically prudent, to delete proposed item (E), and after the words “to cause substantial property damage” in proposed item (D), or where it says “causes serious interference with or serious disruption of”, add the words “seriously interfere with or seriously disrupt an electronic system”?
