Le directeur exécutif de l'Agence participe aux réunions, sauf lorsque sa participation peut donner lieu à un conflit d'intérêts, conformément à la décision du président, ou lorsque le conseil d'administration doit prendre une décision relative à l'article 70, conformément à l'article 51, paragraphe 1, point i).
The Executive Director of the Agency shall participate in the meetings, except when his or her participation may lead to a conflict of interests, as decided by the chairperson, or when the Management Board is to take a decision relating to Article 70, in accordance with point (i) of Article 51(1).
