(2) Tant que l'Autorité n'a pas donné son accord préalable, à la suite d'un incident relevant d'un compte-rendu obligatoire, l'exploitant d'un avion à bord duquel se trouve un enregistreur de vol doit, dans la mesure du possible, préserver les enregistrements originaux relatifs à cet incident, tels qu'ils ont été conservés par l'enregistreur, pendant une période d'au moins 60 jours sauf indications contraires de l'autorité chargée de l'enquête.
(2) Unless prior permission has been granted by the Authority, following an incident that is subject to mandatory reporting, the operator of an aeroplane on which a flight recorder is carried shall, to the extent possible, preserve the original recorded data pertaining to that incident, as retained by the recorder for a period of 60 days unless otherwise directed by the investigating authority.
