Advenant le cas où le Canada ne réussit pas à obtenir de la Bande d’Indiens de Fort Nelson la cession mentionnée à l’alinéa 13 de l’accord dans les six (6) mois qui suivent l’exécution dudit accord, la Province et le Canada doivent signer une lettre conjointe d’instructions ordonnant que toutes les sommes d’argent gardées en dépôt, ainsi que tous les intérêts accumulés, soient transférés à la Province, et la banque doit procéder sur-le-champ à ce transfert.
In the event that Canada fails to obtain from the Fort Nelson Indian Band the surrender referred to in paragraph 13 of the Agreement within 6 months from the date of execution of that Agreement, the Province and Canada shall execute a joint letter of instruction to transfer all monies held on deposit together with all accumulated interest to the Province and the bank shall forthwith make such transfer.
