12.3 (1) Tout espace d’un bateau de pêche qui renferme des machines doit être ventilé de façon à assurer, lorsque les moteurs et autres appareils qui consomment du combustible fonctionnent à pleine capacité, un approvisionnement en air suffisant pour garantir la sécurité et le confort de l’équipage ainsi que le fonctionnement des moteurs et appareils, quelles que soient les conditions météorologiques.
12.3 (1) Every space on a fishing vessel in which machinery is located shall be ventilated so that in all weather conditions where the engines and other fuel-burning appliances are operating at full power, an adequate supply of air is maintained to ensure the safety and comfort of the crew and the operation of the engines and appliances.
