The Council will try to adopt a joint position on three subjects: - The Community support plan to facilitate access to major scientific establishments. The aim of this four-year programme, which has a budget of ECU 30m, is to enable research workers to benefit from facilities to which they would not normally have access, to increase their training opportunities and to expand the utilization of such facilities.
