La proposition prévoit donc des modifications du règlement en ce qui concerne la législation applicable aux GECT ainsi que la nature, la création, la composition, l'organisation, les tâches et l'acquisition d'une personnalité juridique des GECT, la participation des pays tiers, les règles de publication au Journal officiel, les problèmes de compétence et l'établissement de rapports (notamment l'adoption d'indicateurs par la Commission au moyen d'actes délégués).
The proposal therefore contains amendments to the Regulation concerning the applicable law and the nature, establishment, composition, organisation, tasks and aquisition of legal personality of an EGTC, the participation of third countries, rules on publication in the Official Journal, jurisdiction issues and reporting (including the adoption by the Comission of indicators by delegated acts).
