C. considérant que, après l'interdiction en 2008 de la diffusion des enseignements musulmans ahmadis, le ministre indonésien des affaires religieuses s'est prononcé à plusieurs reprises pour l'interdiction totale de la communauté musulmane ahmadi, mesure qu'ont déjà prise trois provinces, Java occidental, Sulawesi du Sud et Sumatra occidental; considérant qu'une foule d'au moins 1 500 personnes a agressé, le 6 février 2011, 20 musulmans ahmadis à Cikeusik, dans la province de Banten, tuant trois d'entre eux et blessant gravement plusieurs autres, événement condamné par le président de l'Indonésie, qui a demandé une enquête,
C. whereas, following the ban on the dissemination of Ahmadi Muslim teachings in 2008, the Indonesian Minister for Religious Affairs has repeatedly called for the imposition of a total ban on the Ahmadiyya Muslim community, a step which has already been taken by three provinces, West Java, South Sulawesi and West Sumatra; whereas on 6 February 2011 a mob of at least 1500 people attacked 20 Ahmadi Muslims in Cikeusik, in Banten province, killing three of them and severely injuring several others, prompting a condemnation and a call for an investigation by the President of Indonesia,
