5. se félicite de l'initiative prise par l'Agence de lancer en 2009 le système de gestion de la performance Frontex afin de mieux informer le conseil d'administration de l'Agence en lui fournissant des données sur l'incidence des activités de l'Agence; constate que ce nouveau système vise à promouvoir une information davantage axée sur les résultats et complétant les indicateurs d'amont et d'aval; invite néanmoins l'Agence à fournir des informations sur l'incidence de ses activités et à en informer l'autorité de décharge;
5. Welcomes the Agency's initiative of launching, in 2009, the so-called "Frontex Performance Management System" to better inform the Agency's Governing Board by providing it with data on the impact of the agency operations; notes that this new system is intended to promote reporting which is more "outcome-oriented" and which completes input and output indicators; calls, nevertheless, on the Agency to provide information on the impact of its operations and to inform the discharge authority thereof;
