(a) a levy that is payable, for the period from the day that this Act is assented to until the day that is the last day of the month in which the first meeting of the Board of the Foundation is held, shall be paid, on a self-assessed basis, on the 15th day of the following month; and (b) for months after the period described in paragraph (a), a levy that is payable for a month or portion thereof shall be paid on a self-assessed basis on the 15th day of the following month.
