Lors de l'examen de la proposition de règlement du Conseil visant à codifier le règlement (CE) n 659/1999 du Conseil du 22 mars 1999 portant modalités d'application de l'article 108 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l'Union européenne, le groupe a, d'un commun accord, constaté qu'à l'article 33 du projet de texte codifié, dans la formule introductrice, la locution "instituée à l'article 35" devait être adaptée en "instituée à l'article 34".
At that meeting, an examination of the proposal for a Council Regulation codifying Council Regulation (EC) No 659/1999 of 22 March 1999 laying down detailed rules for the application of Article 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union resulted in the Consultative Working Party’s establishing, by common accord, that in the introductory wording of Article 33 of the draft codified text the words "laid down in Article 35" should be adapted so as to read " laid down in Article 34".
