Dans le cas où un animal fait l'objet d'importation ou d'exportation, depuis ou vers un pays tiers, et qu'il est ainsi soumis à des dispositions sanitaires spécifiques obligatoires, un État membre peut permettre l'utilisation, pour cet animal, d'un médicament immunologique vétérinaire ne disposant pas d'une autorisation de mise sur le marché dans cet État membre mais autorisé en vertu de la législation du pays tiers concerné.
If an animal is being imported from, or exported to, a third country and is thereby subject to specific binding health rules, a Member State may permit the use, for the animal in question, of an immunological veterinary medicinal product that is not covered by a marketing authorisation in the Member State in question but is authorised under the legislation of the third country.
