La Norvège octroiera également 567 millions d'euros sur cinq ans au travers d'un instrument financier bilatéral, qui sera coordonné étroitement avec le mécanisme financier de l'EEE mais sera destiné avant tout à faciliter l'intégration des nouveaux États membres dans le marché intérieur (selon la clé du Fonds de cohésion: Chypre 0,6 %, République tchèque 11 %, Estonie 4 %, Hongrie 13,1 %, Lituanie 7,1 %, Lettonie 6 %, Malte 0,3 %, Pologne 49 %, Slovénie 2,2 % et République slovaque 6,7 %).
In addition, Norway will provide 567 M€ also over five years through a bilateral financial instrument, which will be closely co-ordinated with the EEA financial mechanism, but with emphasis on facilitating the integration of the new Member States in the internal market (according to the Cohesion Fund key: Cyprus 0.6%, Czech Republic 11%, Estonia 4%, Hungary 13.1%, Lithuania 7.1%, Latvia 6%, Malta 0.3%, Poland 49%, Slovenia 2.2%, Slovak Republic 6.7%).
