Les Dénés et Métis du Sahtu n'ont pas participé aux audiences, mais nous avons appris au cours de nos délibérations que, en mars 2012, leur représentant dans le district de Tulita a signé avec le gouvernement un plan sur les répercussions et les avantages relativement au projet de réserve à vocation de parc national Nááts'ihch'oh, comme l'exige l'Entente sur la revendication territoriale globale des Dénés et Métis du Sahtu.
While the Sahtu Dene and Metis did not participate in the hearings, we learned through our deliberations that in March 2012 the representatives of the Sahtu Dene and Metis in the Tulita District did join with the government in signing an Impact and Benefit Plan in the prosed Nááts'ihch'oh National Park Reserve.
