Bigonesse : Si on regarde les outils proposés dans le budget de 2013, on a maintenant des outils pour pouvoir identifier nous-mêmes les contribuables canadiens qui auraient des comptes à l'étranger dans d'autres juridictions et de l'information pour déterminer quel est leur compte de banque, dans quel pays il se situe et à partir de cette information, où on peut identifier les gens au Canada, on peut se servir des traités avec la Suisse et le Luxembourg pour demander l'information.
Mr. Bigonesse: If you look at the tools proposed in Budget 2013, we now have the tools to be able to identify for ourselves any Canadian taxpayers who may have foreign accounts in other jurisdictions. We have the information to tell us which is their bank account and which country it is in. With that information, with which we can identify people in Canada, we can use the treaties with Switzerland and Luxembourg to ask for information.
