Si le produit PS × V est inférieur ou égal à 3 000 bar.l, l’épaisseur des parois des récipients est déterminée, au choix du fabricant, par l’une des méthodes décrites aux points 2.1.1 et 2.1.2; si le produit PS × V est supérieur à 3 000 bar.l ou si la température maximale de service dépasse 100 °C, l’épaisseur est déterminée par la méthode décrite au point 2.1.1.
If the product of PS × V is not more than 3 000 bar.L, the manufacturer shall select one of the methods described in points 2.1.1 and 2.1.2 for determining vessel wall thickness; if the product of PS × V is more than 3 000 bar.L, or if the maximum working temperature exceeds 100 °C, such thickness shall be determined by the method described in point 2.1.1.
